Our farm is located in Belgium, in the heart of Europe, which gives us a key position for international trade. Our alpacas come from the greatest lines out of countries such as Australia, America and Peru.
Our 10 years of genetic selection fine-tuned our expertise and allow us not only to place our alpacas in the best places in national and international competitions, but also to supply our spinning mill with exceptional fleeces.
Do you want to meet alpacas and understand who they are?
How and why do we breed them? Do you plan to acquire some? Do you want to understand how knitting yarn is made?
We really enjoy making you discover our innovative concept bringing together alpaca breeding and fiber spinning. Come and discover the path from animal's selection to final product...
If you want to acquire alpacas from our lineage to create or strengthen your own breeding program, we will be happy to welcome you to discuss your requirements.
Here are some useful information to help you determine your priorities.
Pet alpacas? Wool work? Breeding farm?
One important thing to consider is that they are herd animals. It is necessary to keep the males and females separately and you must always have at least 2 animals of the same sex together.
If you do not have the ability to separate them, you can start with 2 females and use a stud service.
Depending on what you want to do, you will be looking for very different animals. First, make sure that the animal is healthy, ask for its health records, check the facilities and be sure to know where he comes from. If you are satisfied with the information given and if the animal has been well cared for, it is already a good start.
For some, it means “a famous genitor”, for others it means “low SD” or “grey colored”, etc. You must set your own criterias.
That is the most important part!
You should, as with any animal, be well advised and well informed for a good start. Take time to visit us, we are happy to share our experience and will guide you according to your breeding goal. We are at your service by phone or email. For any question, information or suggestion, please contact us!

We reserve our shearing service for the owners of alpacas coming from our farm.
Eric’s training to become an alpaca shearer was delivered over two seasons: 2013 and 2014.
He was trained by a professional alpaca shearer, Colin Ottery, who came from England especially for us.
We are very strict with the selection of the different parts of the fleece. It brings a much better knitting yarn, very regular and much softer.
The alpaca shearing has to be performed once a year, usually during spring.
In order to shear them, the following conditions must be met:
We take every precaution and cannot be held responsible for any accident during or after mowing;
If the blade used for shearing had to be replaced due to bad fleece conditions ( eg: sand in the fiber ), a supplement of 7 € exVAT/per blades will be charged.
After several setbacks, we must now put in place a fixed compensation of 75 € exVAT plus travel expenses if the conditions listed above were not respected and if we had to return without being able to perform the shearing.
If you don’t have the space required for shearing, we can provide an arbour at an additional price of 18 € exVAT. (set up, break down and drying )
